Mother Nature has yet to rear her ugly head so far this season, and LSU is taking precautions to keep it that way.

First pitch of Sunday’s series finale between LSU and Texas has been moved up an hour to 1 p.m. CT, the school announced Saturday afternoon. The move was made “in an effort to avoid inclement weather,” according to LSU’s tweet announcing the news.

LSU took game one in a 13-4 rout and game two between the Tigers and Longhorns is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. Saturday. Here’s the tweet announcing the news.
