Hawaii transfer receiver Jackson Harris has been a breakout weapon for the LSU offense through the first half of the season. After catching just five passes in the first three games of the season, Harris has emerged as the Tigers’ leading receiver with 27 catches for 456 yards and five touchdowns this year. He was forced to exit LSU’s 31-0 win over Mississippi State with an apparent ankle injury, but LSU coach Lane Kiffin said it would not be a big concern moving forward.
Harris gave an update on his status and spoke with reporters about the LSU (5-2, 2-2 Southeastern Conference) offense ahead of its game at Auburn (4-2, 2-2 SEC) on Saturday (11 a.m., ABC).
