LSU basketball fans may want to attend games at the PMAC for the highly-anticipated 2018-19 season, but they will still get to watch plenty of the Tigers once Southeastern Conference play rolls in.
The SEC announced the televsion networks and start times for its 2018-19 basketball schedule on Wednesday.
All 18 of the Tigers’ conference games will air on one of ESPN’s networks. The SEC Network will air eight LSU conference games with other ESPN networks slated to pick up the rest.
ESPN’s family of networks will also carry six non-conference games including Memphis on the road, Incarnate Word at home and St. Mary’s at a neutral site in Las Vegas. The Tigers will also participate in the Advocare Invitational tournament in Orland, which will also be available on ESPN’s networks.
LSU also announced the basketball team’s first media availabilities leading up to the upcoming season Wednesday. Head coach Will Wade will hold a press conference Monday and the players will be available Wednesday, Sept. 26.
The Tigers will begin practice next Friday, Sept. 28.
