Former Ole Miss defensive end Princewill Umanmielen was one of the top-rated transfer portal acquisitions for Lane Kiffin and the Tigers this offseason, and he showed why in his LSU debut on Saturday. During LSU’s 51-10 blowout win over Clemson, the senior racked up six tackles, two tackles for loss and 1 ½ sacks — all three of which led the team. Defensive coordinator Blake Baker’s unit had a dominant night, allowing just 145 total yards and eight first downs.

On Tuesday, Umanmielen broke down the suffocating defense and preparing to face Louisiana Tech.
