Even though it was a quiet Tuesday on the transfer portal front, LSU head coach Lane Kiffin hinted on social media that he may have landed another top transfer. On Tuesday night, Kiffin tweeted out a Tiger emoji, like he usually does for big recruits he lands.

Perhaps Kiffin could have landed another top prospect in the portal that the Tigers are after. LSU is currently up to 28 portal commitments/signees and Kiffin isn’t done adding players.

So, who could the tiger emoji refer to?

It could be several targets LSU is currently after, including Colorado sophomore transfer offensive tackle Jordan Seaton, who is rated as the No. 1 offensive tackle and the No. 4 overall player in the transfer portal according to 247sports.com.

In another possible outcome, Kiffin could have landed his third quarterback of the transfer portal cycle from either freshman Husan Longstreet of USC (No. 6 QB) or redshirt sophomore Ryan Staub of Colorado (unranked).

The Tigers are also looking at unranked freshman offensive lineman Devin Harper (6-4, 315) of Ole Miss. He entered the portal on Monday and is from Louisiana. A four-star prospect in 2025, he was the No. 131 overall prospect, No. 7 guard/center and No. 3 player in the state from Calvary Baptist in Shreveport.

Harper committed to LSU on Jan. 30, 2024, but signed with Ole Miss and Kiffin on Dec. 4, 2024. He had offers from Florida, USC, TCU, Penn State, Michigan State, Missouri and Texas Tech coming out of high school.
