Head-to-Head: LSU vs. Texas A&M

By JAMES MORAN | Tiger Rag Associate Editor

HEAD TO HEAD

CB Tre’Davious White vs. WR Christian Kirk

White has blanketed some of the Southeastern Conference’s most explosive pass catchers this seasons, and while Josh Reynolds is certainly dangerous in his own right, expect White to see a lot of Kirk come Thanksgiving night. White blanketed Florida’s Antonio Callaway, a poor man’s version of Kirk, to just two catches for 12 yards on Saturday. Texas A&M has force fed Kirk the ball this season, as evidenced by his SEC-leading 69 receptions, so don’t expect the Aggies to shy away from him, even if White is in his hip pocket all game long.

BY THE NUMBERS

2 — Tre’Davious White has allowed two completions all season on balls thrown more than 10 yards downfield

10 — Christian Kirk has 10 total touchdowns this season (7 receiving, 3 punt return)
