Defensive end Breiden Fehoko confirms he’ll return for senior season

One of LSU’s starting defensive ends will be back in 2019 — and he’s nudging his partner in crime to come back to school with him.

Defensive end Breiden Fehoko confirmed in a tweet that he’ll be returning to LSU for his senior season.

Fehoko, a transfer from Texas Tech, started eight games for LSU before undergoing season-ending biceps surgery. He was credited with 16 tackles (3.0 TFL) and 1.5 sacks this season.

The tweet also contains a slight nudge to fellow defensive end Rashard Lawrence, another junior pondering his NFL Draft prospects. The deadline for underclassmen to declare is Jan. 14.
