Lane Kiffin Recaps Dominant Opener & Previews Week 2 vs. LA Tech

No. 11 LSU (1-0) began its campaign for a College Football Playoff berth with a 51-10 trouncing of No. 23 (coaches poll) Clemson in Death Valley on Saturday. Lane Kiffin’s Tigers boasted an explosive offense and oppressive defense against a Power Four opponents, but both Kiffin and some of his star players have already said the work is not done. The Tigers will work to continue to improve as they prepare to host Louisiana Tech (1-0) on Saturday.

The Bulldogs opened the season with an 80-6 win over FCS Northwestern State. The total is the most points scored by a LA Tech football team since the program entered Division I. The Tigers and Bulldogs kick off at 6:30 on Saturday and will be aired on SEC Network+.
