Last week, we were honored to have Ben McDonald drop by the program. The former LSU All-American pitcher and Golden Spikes winner (as well as current broadcaster for CST for select LSU baseball home games) gave his take on Anthony Ranaudo’s elbow, what it’s like to come back from injury too soon, and what it feels like to see the Tigers back on top of college baseball.

Tiger fans may be surprised to hear McDonald’s take on LSU baseball’s rise back to the pinnacle of the sport. As always, though, the Denham Springs native lends first-hand insight into the world of collegiate baseball.
