LSU-McNeese State game postponed

Game rescheduled for April 12

Mother Nature has claimed her first casualty of the baseball season.

LSU announced the game scheduled for Wednesday night against McNeese State has been postponed due the severe storms in the forecast.

Per the release, the game has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Alex Box Stadium.

The Tigers originally has a home contest scheduled with Grambling for that same date and time. That game has been moved back a day, to April 13, and will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday night’s game against Louisiana Tech is underway. Weather permitting, LSU would be back in action Friday night at 6:30 p.m. to host the opener of a three-game series with Ball State at the Box.
