No. 11 LSU improved to 4-1 (1-1 in Southeastern Conference play) under first-year head coach Lane Kiffin with a 63-14 domination of McNeese State. The Tigers’ 731 yards of offense were just 13 yards short of the program record (746 vs Rice in 1977). Kiffin met with media after the blowout win to break down the relentless effort from the Tigers.
