Tre’Davious White selected No. 27 overall by the Buffalo Bills

A third and final Tiger has heard his named called on Thursday night.

LSU cornerback Tre’Davious White was selected by the Buffalo Bills with the No. 27 overall pick in the first round of Thursday night’s NFL Draft in Philadelphia.

White was the last of three LSU players left waiting in the green room. Leonard Fournette went fourth overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars and Jamal Adams went two picks later to the New York Jets.

It’s only the second time in program history that three LSU players have been taken in the first round of the same draft. That makes five Tiger defensive backs selected in the first round of the past seven years.
