LSU gets commitment from OT Ray Parker

During a season in which depth on the offensive line has been a key talking point, LSU picked up some potential future relief as it reportedly received a commitment from Ruston offensive tackle Ray Parker.

The 6-foot-5, 275-pound 2019 is widely regarded as one of the top offensive line prospects out of the state of Louisiana, and he reportedly received offers from Ole Miss, Florida, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, Texas, TCU, Arizona State and his hometown university of Louisiana Tech.

Parker is listed as the No. 18 offensive tackle in the nation, according to 247Sports, as well as the 10th-ranked player in Louisiana. He also reportedly has been recruited as a tight end by some universities.
