Miles scheduled to speak at Lod Cook Center

LSU’s annual Tiger Tour, featuring head football coach Les Miles, concludes tonight at the Lod Cook Alumni Center at 3838 West Lakeshore Drive in Baton Rouge.

The tour, which began in April, wrapped up with stops in Houston (a week ago) and New Orleans (Sunday) and Baton Rouge (July 29).

Miles also spoke Friday at SEC Media Days in Hoover, Ala., and Wednesday to the members of the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge.

The annual LSU Tiger Tour 2010, which is presented by Capital One, CST, 104.5 FM ESPN Baton Rouge, and the LSU National L Club, is a joint venture by the Tiger Athletic Foundation, the LSU Foundation and the LSU Alumni Association, all of which are collaborating to support the Forever LSU Campaign.

Tonight’s event has the following schedule:

  • Doors open at 6 p.m. Event begins at 7 p.m.
  • Dinner served and Cash Bar.
  • Featured speakers: Miles and Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Joe Alleva.
  • Event areas of interest include: TAF Silent Auction, LSU Alumni Store, Capital One Photo Area and CST Trivia Challenge.

    • Individual ticket ~ $50
    • Regular table of 10 ~ $500
    • Gold table of 10 ~ $650 

    Gold tables will be positioned closer to the stage
