The 2011 NFL Combine is officially underway in Indianapolis, and the LSU Tigers are well represented with eight participants, tied with Georgia for the most invitees from any SEC school.

Joeseph Barskdale, Terrence Toliver and Stevan Ridley represent LSU’s offense in Lucas Oil Stadium, while Pep Levingston, Drake Nevis, Kelvin Sheppard and Patrick Peterson represent the defense.

Kicker Josh Jasper rounds out the group.

The NFL Combine runs from February 24 to March 1. Coverage of the events can be found on NFL Network.

The Tiger with the greatest microscope on him this week will undoubtedly be Patrick Peterson, who figures to be the richest former Bayou Bengal in a short time.

Just about every mock draft has Peterson going in the top-10, but where does NFL Draft Expert Mike Detillier think he will get drafted?

Detillier joined Jeff Palermo and Ben Love on Tiger Rag Radio Tuesday, and he tells us what the other Tigers need to do to improve their draft stock this week.
